By accessing and using Cutu! and/or Cutu.app (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. About Cutu!

Cutu! is a social network application designed for dog lovers and their canine companions. The App allows users to create dog profiles, share locations, connect with other dog owners, and organize playdates.

3. User Responsibilities and Safety

Your Safety and Your Dog’s Safety

You are solely responsible for your safety and the safety of your dog when using the App. This includes:

Taking appropriate precautions when interacting with strangers and their dogs
Verifying the authenticity and trustworthiness of other users before meeting in person
Ensuring your dog is properly vaccinated and socialized before meetups
Supervising all interactions between your dog and other dogs
Making informed decisions about Spots and Playdates based on your own judgment

SC Astra Invent Tech SRL is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or disputes that occur between users or their dogs.

4. User-Generated Content

The App allows users to create and share the following content:

Dog profiles (including photos, names, and descriptions)
Spots (locations with images, names, and descriptions)
Check-ins/Mark the Spot entries with location and date/time information
Playdates (with descriptions, locations, and date/time information)

Important Disclaimer: All dog profiles, Spots, and Playdates are created by users. SC Astra Invent Tech SRL is not responsible for the accuracy or validity of this content, as there is no way to verify the information provided. Users are encouraged to verify information and use their judgment when interacting with other users.

Public Location and Date/Time Information

When users “Check in” or “Mark the Spot” at Spots, their location and date/time information becomes public on the App. Please be aware of the privacy implications:

Your location history and movements may be visible to other users
Others may be able to track when and where you and your dog frequent certain locations
Take appropriate precautions and privacy measures based on your comfort level

You are responsible for understanding and accepting these privacy risks before using check-in and location-sharing features.

6. Connection and Networking Features

The App allows you to:

Connect with other users
Add dog friends to your network
Share information and communicate with other dog owners

All interactions are at your discretion. SC Astra Invent Tech SRL does not endorse or verify the legitimacy of any users.

7. Data Management and Privacy

Account Information

You can download your account information at any time
You can delete your account and all associated data

When you delete your account, we will remove your data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

SC Astra Invent Tech SRL is provided on an “as-is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SC Astra Invent Tech SRL disclaims all warranties and is not liable for:

Any injuries, damages, or disputes between users or their dogs
Inaccurate, false, or misleading user-generated content
Loss of data or unauthorized access to accounts
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Modifications to Terms

SC Astra Invent Tech SRL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
